HAPPY HOUR FRIDAY - If you can read this then you need to go out and get some RUM. Please enjoy your weekend.

HAPPY HOUR FRIDAY – Goslings Bermuda Coffee
Ingredients:
1½ oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
6 oz strongly brewed French roast coffee
freshly whipped heavy cream
cinnamon sugar for garnish (optional)
How to make them:
Put first the Irish cream in a heat proof glass, or coffee mug, then add the Gosling’s Black Seal Rum. Pour in the coffee and top with whipped cream and dust with cinnamon sugar.

HAPPY HOUR FRIDAY – OK it might be a day late. In honor of Valentine’s Day, how about mixing up a little something different tonight?
Dark n’ Sexy
1 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
1 oz lychee juice
1½ oz lychee syrup
1 oz pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine
Lychee to garnish
Sink a small amount of grenadine on the bottom of a martini glass. In a shaker mix the lychee juice, syrup and pineapple juice and pour into the martini glass. Float Gosling’s Black Seal Rum on top and garnish with 1 piece of lychee

Drink with your favorite farmer.
1 3/4 parts American Harvest Vodka
3/4 part Grand Marnier
1 part apple cider
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an apple slice.

HAPPY HOUR FRIDAY – New Year’s Eve is right around the corner! Here’s one of our
favorite festive rum cocktails.
The Old Bermudan
6 mint leaves
1 ounce simple syrup (or less, to taste)
3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 1/2 ounces Gosling’s Rum
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz chilled champagne
In a cocktail shaker add mint, simple syrup & lime juice. Gently muddle the mint leaves. Add Gosling’s Rum and Angostura bitters. Fill shaker with ice, and shake well for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass (you may wish to use a tea strainer to remove the tiny flecks of mint). Top with champagne; garnish with a mint leaf. Cheers!
