WINDSURFING – The 11th annual Velvet Storm Rider 2013 Windsurfing & Kitesurfing wave riding tournament, in memory of Muli Gruber, held at Bat Galim Beach, Haifa, Israel.
This year, we shot 3 short documentaries, each unique it’s in own way.
Thanks to our sponsors GoPro, we managed to get some wild shots from the waves and a new perspective on how it feels out there… Thanks to surfers Adi Zomer, Leeshai Miller, Gil Hurvitz & Eyal Shelef for letting us mount their surf gear with our cameras.
THE OLD DAYS – This is old footage from 2006 Western Province regattas. Camera was hand constructed using a sony PCB and security camera lens. The waterproof housing was made from Fiberglass and the glass was a U/V filter. Oh…the days before gopro. Music is from Checked Zebra. For full screen click on icon lower right…
