But before he took to the dance floor, he jumped onboard one the of the fastest catamarans in the world, trying his hand at Extreme 40 sailing with GAC Pindar at the Extreme Sailing Series in Cardiff.
Vaughan has captained the England team to 26 wins — a national record — including an historic Ashes victory in 2005 which saw the side regain the trophy for the first time in 18 years. But how will he handle an Extreme 40?
