MOVING PICTURES – We posted this video last week with Viper Higgins audio response to the IOC.  However, there’s not much to say about this video except that it’s hilarious and it makes sailing much more appealing than it deserves to be. Let’s face it, we’d all watch it if this guy was at the mic. That’s Francis Higgins pulling double duty on play-by-play and color commentary. He does a stand-up job. So here it is ‘back by popular demand’.
