REGATTA NEWS – Light and patchy winds characterised Day 2 of the 2013 Royal Langkawi International Regatta, however, PRO Simon James managed to complete two races for some classes and even three races for the Sportsboat class.

Close competition and battle lines are drawn with some boats solidifying leads and others cementing their standings with some good performances in the tactical conditions.
