RACE NEWS – Day 1 at the 2013 Royal Langkawi International Regatta was greeted with light winds. The PRO left the fleet in the marina with the AP up onshore as they went off in search of wind. Light and shifty winds resulted in further delays and it was mid afternoon when finally the first race of the 2013 Royal Langkawi International Regatta was underway.
