Kiter on the right jumps unhooked, hooks in and goes downwind. Kiter from the left goes downwind to prepare jump. Both not expection each other at that point I guess.
Just 2 seconds before impact the kiter from the left jumps, we don’t know if this caused the crash or made the impact a little bit lighter.
It looked a bit nasty so the ambulance was called but in the end it was just a couple of red marks for the crashed kiter just below his knee.
Normally it’s very quiet at this spot and we rarely have accidents, but a mistake can be made very easily. Kite safe and keep your eyes open!
