Written by WHAT’S WITH THE IOC? – It was brought to our attention by a number of our XS readers that our friends at Sailing Anarchy voiced their opinion about Viper Higgins, the guy who brings a lot of joy to people with his creative and funny voice overs.
We tried to post this story (Irish Olympic Sailing Commentary as posted above) two days ago but the video was pulled down by the IOC. Sailing Anarchy voiced their opinion about the IOC, that instead of promoting the sport, continues to put up barriers.
“Apparently the stuffed shirts at the IOC didn’t quite get the humor – imagine that – and have had it removed from Vimeo, where it first appeared. Here Viper offers his thoughts on what the IOC did, comes up with a new definition for their IOC acronym that we could not agree more with, and once again we laugh and wonder just what the hell is wrong with a sport where this sort of thing is censored.”
